Bring the work with you and keep it portable.

Import supported project files or authorised sources, review their mapping and export available workspace data without recreating every task by hand.

Moving tools is easier when the team can inspect how existing work fits the new structure. Choose a supported source, review fields, people and statuses, then try a representative project before moving the rest. Each format preserves different details; an import transfers selected information and does not keep the old system continuously synchronised.

Explore the details

CSV, spreadsheets and pasted cells
Load supported CSV or Excel files, or paste table cells from a spreadsheet, then map the available columns to the destination task fields.
Trello, Asana and Jira files
Use supported Trello board JSON, Asana project CSV or Jira issue CSV exports, checking the preview for the details preserved by each format.
Monday and Todoist files
Import supported Monday board CSV or Excel files and Todoist project CSV files, reviewing how their columns and task structure map.
Wrike, Smartsheet, Notion and Airtable files
Bring supported Wrike, Smartsheet, Notion or Airtable exports into the importer, with the fields and relationships available in the selected file format.
Basecamp and Talqivo archives
Import supported Basecamp material or a Talqivo JSON export, reviewing the recognised project structure and additional records before completing the transfer.
Authorised Trello, Asana and Basecamp imports
Authorise a configured Trello, Asana or Basecamp connection, select supported boards or projects and review them through the same mapping process.
Map people, statuses and dates
Match the available owners, status values and date columns to the destination so imported work starts with information the team recognises.
Structure, subtasks, comments and files
Preserve the hierarchy, subtasks, comments and attachments supported by the source, then check the imported result before relying on the new project.
Fields, dependencies and sprint metadata
Bring compatible custom fields, dependency relationships, task types and sprint points where the source format includes the information needed to reconstruct them.
Import history and undo
Review available import history and use supported undo controls when a transfer needs to be reconsidered before the team starts editing the result.
CSV, JSON and file archive exports
Export CSV or JSON, or request an archive with files and receive its link by email. Each format carries the records it supports.

Move a representative project first

Export a supported project, review its preview and map the status and owner columns to the destination. Check the resulting tasks, subtasks and available attachments with the team. Use that first project to agree the structure before importing the remaining work.
