Bring a working history with you.

Use supported project exports, CSV or Excel files to bring existing work into Talqivo. Review the structure before making the new workspace your team’s starting point.

  • Map columns and fields to the destination structure instead of rebuilding every task by hand.
  • Review the preview, destination and available source details before running the import.
  • Use a representative project first to check how your source data fits the workspace.

Import formats preserve different details. An import is a transfer of the selected data; it does not keep both systems synchronised.

Connect the process that is specific to your team.

Use the public REST API to work with supported workspace resources. Subscribe to webhooks so an internal system can respond to changes in Talqivo.

  • Create or update supported records from an internal system using a scoped API credential.
  • Receive signed events, such as a task creation or status change, at your HTTPS endpoint.
  • Use delivery identifiers to handle repeated events and verify signatures before processing them.

Custom connections require development, suitable API permissions and an available endpoint for webhooks. They are configured by your team.

Before you connect.

Connections depend on your plan, account permissions and provider configuration. Workspace settings show whether an integration is available to connect.

Compare plans
Why might a connection need configuration?

Some providers require an OAuth application, app installation or API credentials to be configured for the service. The integration card in workspace settings shows the connection state. An account still needs to authorise access before any data is connected.

Does every integration sync in both directions?

No. Calendar connections support specific synchronisation behavior; file connections attach references; time connections import a selected date range. The integration’s settings and permissions define what moves and in which direction.

Will importing work keep the original tool up to date?

An import brings selected data into Talqivo. It does not establish a continuing link with the source. Check the imported project, then decide where your team will maintain the work going forward.

Make space for the work that matters.

Bring your next project into Talqivo. Start with a task, invite your team and build from there.
