Small preferences make a difference in a tool used throughout the day. Choose useful formats, readable appearance settings and a navigation layout that brings frequent work closer. Personal settings can follow the signed in profile, while workspace defaults, branding and billing controls remain with the people authorised to manage the team's shared environment.

Light, dark and system appearance
Choose a light or dark interface, or follow the system appearance, using the profile and device preferences supported by the workspace.
Region, time zone, dates and week start
Set available region, time zone, date and time formats and the first day of the week to make schedules easier to interpret.
Accessibility and motion preferences
Use supported contrast, colour and reduced motion preferences, alongside keyboard navigation, to make daily work more comfortable for your needs.
Custom Home and navigation
Arrange useful Home cards and configure the available sidebar sections so the places and information you use most are easier to reach.
Toolbar, favourites and keyboard shortcuts
Choose useful toolbar items, maintain favourites and adjust supported shortcut keys to reduce repeated navigation during everyday work in the workspace.
Personal priorities and view preferences
Keep a personal priority order and adjust supported view preferences without changing colleagues' working view unless you deliberately save shared changes.
Working hours and availability
Publish the supported working hours and time away details so colleagues have useful context when assigning work or arranging a handover.
Workspace branding, email and custom domain
Apply workspace logo, colours and branded email options; where the plan permits, configure a custom domain for public links through a CNAME record and domain verification.
Archive, trash, restoration and data exports
Keep archived work accessible, restore supported trash items during their retention period and use available exports when information needs to leave the workspace.
Workspace billing and usage
Authorised administrators can review the current plan, seat costs, usage limits, billing details and available changes before confirming a subscription update.
Guided setup, help articles and support
Follow the setup checklist, search help articles in your interface language and track support requests and replies inside the product.
Suggestions, delivery updates and referrals
Publish, vote for and follow product suggestions, with a notification when a followed suggestion ships; use referral links and tracking when the referral programme is active.

Set up a clearer working day

Choose your language, date format and preferred appearance, then arrange Home around tasks, agenda and reminders. Set working hours and time away so colleagues can plan handovers. Keep a few useful favourites visible while the workspace administrator reviews team usage separately.
